RaiseMore is designed with you in mind! RaiseMore is a development coaching cohort program recommended for those with 1 to 5 years experience, those who are in new roles or those who may benefit from peer-to-peer learning.

As the founder and principal of Fridman Strategies, one of Nanette Fridman’s most rewarding roles is coaching development professionals in organizations of varying sizes and stages. She is launching this pilot program because of her strong belief in creating community, peer support and developing networks. Nanette believes that we are truly stronger learning together!

Participants will meet using Zoom.

• Working with/managing your director
• Working with your development committee chair
• Prioritizing work
• Time management
• Formulating projections
• Writing a development plan
• Making events successful
• Prospect research
• Rating and review sessions
• Moves management
• Cultivation ideas
• Crafting stewardship plans
• Making integrated asks and more!

The first cohort launches in January 2018. Applications are available here. Sessions will be held once a month from January through June 2018 for 60 minutes each at lunch time. Each participant will have 30 minutes of individual access to national development coach, Nanette Fridman by phone, email or text in between sessions.
